It's been exciting going around and seeing the doctors this past month at the Continuums - one of the things that we've noticed is that in the past few months, some have been afraid to change - even seem to hold on to the old way of doing things - 'we've never had to market' or 'this has worked for us in the past'. The great news is that many of you have shifted your focus and changed the way you do things, resulting in great success! If you're comfortable, you're complacent - here are some reminders from Spencer Johnson's "Who Moved My Cheese?"

When things change, there is a tendency to want to 'wait it out' - hunker down and hope the storm passes soon.  Don't do this!
